What shipping options are available?
We ship all orders using Canada post. You can find more information about our shipping policy here.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2-3 days, or the duration specified by the selected shipping option during checkout.
What are the shipping fees?
If the delivery address falls within Calgary and the order value exceeds 99.99 CAD, shipping is complimentary. Otherwise, shipping rates will be determined at checkout, calculated according to live rates provided by Canada Post.
How can I track my order once it's shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click on the link in the email to follow the delivery progress of your package.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes we do ship internationally.
